RHSports wants you to be 100% happy with all your purchases from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied please return the product to us in its original condition within seven (7) days of receipt. RHSports will replace, refund or exchange your item providing:
- The original product packaging is not torn, broken or missing
- The product has not been used, labelled or worn
- The return postage cost is at your expense.
If you would like to return a product for exchange or refund please phone our office on 1800 819 124 or email sales@rhsports.com.au to receive a return authorisation number. In some instances a re-stocking fee may apply, this will be advised at the time of your enquiry. You will be responsible for ensuring the item you are returning is packaged securely and is returned to RHSports in the condition you received it.
Please note: For orders of custom product including graduation wear we are unable to exchange or refund.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or you are missing an item from your order you must notify our office within seven (7) days of receiving your parcel. Please phone 1800 819 124 or email info@rhsports.com.au with your name and address and your order/invoice number.
If the returned item is found not to be faulty you can opt to have your item returned to you – the return shipping may be at your expense or if preferred a credit voucher to the amount of the original purchase (minus postage cost) may be issued.
